Bangus Daing

A simple yet delectable way of cooking milkfish(bangus) is to debone it and fry it. Actually when I bought my milkfish it was already boneless so all I had to do is marinate it and fry it
3-4 baby milkfish (bangus)
3 cloves garlic crushed
1 onion chopped
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
a dash of salt and pepper
5 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tomato sliced (optional)
pickles (optional)

Cooking Directions:
1.Lay the boneless milkfish in a deep pan.
2. Put all the ingredients over the milkfish.
3. Marinate and put in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.
4. After an hour heat the frying pan to medium fire.
5. Fry the fish. Enjoy it with rice, tomatoes and pickles!
