Last Friday we had dinner at Red Lantern, a Chinese-Japanese Restaurant. My family invited Tess to have dinner with us. The ambiance and the food was really fantastic. So far in our stay in South Jersey this small yet great restaurant really surprised us. Tess and I had the same order, sushi deluxe that included sushi nigiri and some sushi rolls. The kids loved their chicken and beef fried rice. Hubby chose to have General Tso's chicken which was amazingly good. It was a great dinner. Thanks hubby!
